Update - Stuff IRL.

I wanted to update and thought I'd let you all know about something I am involved in IRL.

A rather awesome fanfiction contest, involving myself, ~embraceimperfections and my two other friends Claire and Gabrielle.

The rules are, we get a prompt for each day in the week leading up to our choir trip to Somerset. (Which is tomorrow, actualleh) The prompts are silly, usually involving Twilight and/or Harry Potter. Naturally, being the hormone-infested teenage girls that we are, the fanfictions are "the smuttier, the better".
Gabi, being the one who has corrupted us younger girls, will probably be writing the best. Me, I'm kinda innocent, and I'm getting awkward all over my keyboard :/
I hope I'm suceeding in making them amusing for my friendys, though :P

Just to give you an idea of how silly we get :

Day One:
Harry Potter X Edward Cullen + Carlisle walking in

Day Two:
Carlisle Cullen, Jasper Hale and a baseball bat.

Day Three:
Alice Cullen, Bella Swan and hot soup.

Yeaaaaahh we're pretty much crazy people. :D

But, it's only the four of us in this one building where we're staying, so it should be pretty epic awesomesauce FUN.

I'll be back from Somerset in a few days, and I may well be posting fanfiction (Gabi's too, maybe, since she doesn't have DA)

I always wanted to see the musical "the hunting of the snark" which had art garfunkel in it, but it flopped and finished befroe I was born.

My dad loved to listen to Simon and Garfunkel when I was growing up, and then I was impressed that Paul Simon continued his career and did so many different and cool things. Yes, I like Paul Simon, and Simon and Garfunkel. I was just surprised that someone young would be familiar with him. Very cool. :) Steve
